How does shared care work?
An adult admin creates a baby profile and invites trusted caregivers. Each person signs in to their own account. Their role determines whether they can manage the family, log daily care, or view the daily stream.
Can another caregiver change my entries?
Caregivers can log daily care and correct their own recent actions. Admin controls and audit history are used for sensitive schedule changes. Exact editing rules are still being completed for the release version.
Does CradleSync provide medical advice?
No. CradleSync records information and provides non-diagnostic decision support. It is not an emergency service and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
What happens when I am offline?
The app is designed to keep usable local records and synchronise authorised changes when connectivity returns. Production conflict, retry and recovery indicators are scheduled work.

How do I accept an invitation?
Open the invitation link or scan its QR code. If that is not available, enter the six-digit invitation PIN in CradleSync. Sign in, review the baby and role, then confirm.
What is Simple Mode?
Simple Mode uses large, high-contrast care actions for Feed, Diaper, Sleep and scheduled Medicine. It reads and writes the same authorised family history as Parent Power Mode.
What if I log the wrong thing?
CradleSync is designed to show a short undo option after a quick log and provide correction paths with contributor attribution. Medicine actions have additional schedule and audit protections.
How do I leave a shared baby?
A caregiver can ask an admin to revoke their membership. The production Privacy & Data area will also explain account deletion and what happens to necessary contributor attribution.
