Common questions

How does shared care work?

An adult admin creates a baby profile and invites trusted caregivers. Each person signs in to their own account. Their role determines whether they can manage the family, log daily care, or view the daily stream.

Can another caregiver change my entries?

Every entry shows who recorded it. You can correct your own entries from the timeline, and parents can correct any entry. Only parents can change medicine schedules, and those changes are kept in a history.

Where is CradleSync available?

CradleSync is launching on iPhone in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States. The United Kingdom and Android are coming soon.

Does CradleSync provide medical advice?

No. CradleSync records family-entered care information. It is not an emergency service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

What happens when I am offline?

You can keep recording. CradleSync saves entries on your iPhone and syncs them with the family when you are back online.

How do I accept an invitation?

Open the invitation link or scan its QR code. If that is not available, enter the six-digit invitation PIN in CradleSync. Sign in, review the baby and role, then confirm.

What is Simple Mode?

Simple Mode uses large, clear buttons for Feed, Nappy, Sleep and Medicine. It shows the same shared family record as the full view.

What if I log the wrong thing?

Tap Undo straight after a quick log, or correct the entry later from the timeline. Your name stays on every change.

How do I leave a shared baby?

Ask a parent to remove your access, or delete your account from More options → Account, subscription & privacy. See account deletion for what happens to shared records.

Privacy and data support

Email privacy@cradlesync.app for general privacy questions or complaints. Do not include baby, health, medicine, care-log, invitation-code or other private family information in email. You can delete your account inside the app.
